Gary Bullen

I'm a 47 year old father of 3 boys living in Falmouth, Cornwall. I've had a varied career, from working as a Tin Miner to a Royal Marine. I've been employed by EWR for the last 5 years as an Instructor and in the summer I run Arvor Sea Kayaking in Cornwall. I've done various races from the jungles in Fiji to the plateau at the South Pole. I really like the idea of this race because of the variety of conditions from deep snow to sheet ice. It should make for an interesting race. This is also my first attempt at a solo cold weather event, which also brings a new concept for me.
