43 year old father of 3 beautiful girls who thinks life is too short to say no! Long term goal is to ski to the South Pole, but for now Lake Baikal is a challenge I am really looking forward to competing in. I rode Land?s End to John O?Groats last year in 9 days so know what it is like to ride the distances required. I have been skiing in temperatures touching -20 but never cycled in these conditions. I plan to train in an industrial freezer and practice riding on an ice rink. I want to show my daughters that doing things out of the ordinary is OK!!
